Kyiv, Jul. 4 (LaPresse) – The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy invited Russian leader Vladimir Putin to a meeting in Kostyantynivka, in the Donetsk region, which the Russians say they have occupied while Kyiv denies it. “On the eve of America’s Independence Day, Putin decided to lie to the world and to the American president about the situation at the front: he claims that the Russians have taken Kostyantynivka in the Donbas. Obviously, this is not true”, “if Kostyantynivka is now under Russian control, then Putin will probably have no problem meeting me there and finding diplomatic solutions to end the war”, Zelensky said on his social channels.
