Gaza, 10 dead in Israeli raid on school shelter

Milan, 23 April (LaPresse) – At least 10 people have been killed in an Israeli attack on a school used as a shelter for Palestinian refugees in Gaza City. Al-Jazeera reports that the school is the Jaffa School in the Tuffah neighbourhood. According to the broadcaster, the attack, carried out with drones, sparked a fire and people died while they were sleeping. Al-Jazeera also reports that there are injuries. Al-Jazeera reports that among the 10 dead is a child who burned to death. The broadcaster, citing images from the scene, says that the child's body is so charred that it is unrecognisable.
