Rome, 8 July (LaPresse) – The Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy has announced that, according to the latest data collected by the Mimit Fuel Price Observatory, as of today – Wednesday 8 July 2026 – the average price of self-service fuel across the national road network stands at 1.855 €/l for petrol and 1.941 €/l for diesel. Yesterday, the figures were 1.852 €/l for petrol and 1.935 €/l for diesel. On the motorway network, however, the average self-service price is €1.945 per litre for petrol and €2.023 per litre for diesel, compared with €1.940 per litre for petrol and €2.012 per litre for diesel yesterday.
