Turin, 9 July (LaPresse) – Brazilian legend Romario has launched a scathing attack on Carlo Ancelotti, the Seleção manager, following Brazil’s exit in the World Cup round of 16. “I’d tear up his contract straight away. As soon as the match was over, I’d have gone into the changing room and to the president and said, ‘Right, thanks a lot, bye, f*** off, sue me if you want and we’ll see how it turns out’,” said ‘Baixinho’ in his scathing remarks on Brazilian TV. “There’s no way Ancelotti can continue as Brazil’s manager after this fiasco and the disgrace he’s caused,” he added. “I told you so and I’ll say it again: this is unheard of; something has to change – it’s not on.”
