Turin, 13 July (LaPresse) – Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs “strongly condemns” the “aggressive” attacks launched by the US over the past 24 hours. This is stated in a ministry statement, which adds that these “barbaric attacks not only constitute a blatant violation of the fundamental principles of the United Nations Charter, but also represent a serious threat to international peace and security,” Tehran continues, “undermining all the efforts made in recent months to reduce tensions and establish peace in the region”. The Iranian Foreign Ministry also accuses the United States of having “openly violated almost all the terms of the agreement”, causing “a return to insecurity in the Strait of Hormuz and a disruption to international commercial shipping”.
