Milan, 13 July (LaPresse) – FIFA has appointed Ivan Arcides Barton Cisneros from El Salvador as the referee for the first World Cup semi-final between France and Spain, scheduled for tomorrow evening at 9.00 pm Italian time in Dallas. His assistants will be David Moran (El Salvador) and Antonio Pupiro (Nicaragua), with Glenn Nyberg (Sweden) as the fourth official.
