Rome, 13 July (LaPresse) – A 61-year-old German tourist has died in a paragliding accident that took place this afternoon in Malcesine, on Lake Garda, in the province of Verona. According to initial reports, the man fell during his flight. A staffed ambulance, a helicopter rescue service and the Carabinieri attended the scene. Nothing could be done for the 61-year-old: medical staff confirmed he was dead. Investigations are underway to establish the circumstances of the accident.
