Rome, 17 July (LaPresse) – An Italian man aged between 30 and 35 was found dead this morning in Via Tignale del Garda in Modena. The victim is believed to have been stabbed to death and was not carrying any identification. The body was found on the stairs. The alarm was raised by some neighbours. The Carabinieri attended the scene and have launched an investigation to piece together the circumstances of the murder and identify the perpetrator. The Carabinieri are reportedly gathering statements from residents. According to reports, they are currently interviewing a woman who lives in the block of flats in an attempt to gather information relevant to the investigation. Among the theories being considered by investigators, a possible link to the drug scene has not been ruled out. Some residents reportedly said they heard an argument at around 5 am.
