Turin, 23 July (LaPresse) – The Houthis have announced that they have attacked two Saudi oil tankers in the Red Sea. The tankers ‘Encelia’ and ‘Layla’, according to a spokesperson for the Yemeni armed group quoted by the Iranian news agency Irib and reported by Sky News UK, were targeted after breaching the naval blockade in force in the sea. The UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) had reported that it had received reports that an oil tanker had been struck by an unidentified projectile 70 nautical miles from Al Shuqaiq, in Saudi Arabia.
