Milan, 25 July (LaPresse) – The man believed to be responsible for the murder of Luigi Esposito, a 53-year-old journalist found burnt to death last Sunday on farmland in Eboli, has been identified and taken into custody as a suspect. The suspect, identified overnight following investigations led by the Salerno Public Prosecutor’s Office and carried out by the Investigative Unit of the Salerno Provincial Command, was hiding inside an abandoned farmhouse. The operation by the Salerno Carabinieri was carried out with the support of the ROS Technical Investigations Unit and the Cacciatori di Puglia Squadron.
