Demand is a hundred times greater than supply. It’s not easy to help them, even with the best will in the world.” This was stated by Defence Minister Guido Crosetto in an interview with ‘Repubblica’. “Despite this, I am working to fulfil the mandate received from Parliament and am trying to gather everything needed to help Ukraine. I expect to complete this work soon. Not least because we are in a difficult situation: Putin is facing major difficulties and the concern is that he might escalate the conflict. And this compels us to help Ukraine even more,” he added.
