Formula 1 has announced this, specifying that Kimi was found guilty of failing to slow down sufficiently under single yellow flags at Turn 14 during Q3 of the Hungarian Grand Prix. The Italian Mercedes driver received only a warning from the FIA regarding the second investigation. The leader of the world championship standings will therefore start from seventh on the grid.
