Milan, 26 July (LaPresse) – “We welcome with pride and satisfaction the decision by the UNESCO World Heritage Committee to inscribe the community theatres of central Italy on the World Heritage List.” So said the Minister for Culture, Alessandro Giuli, regarding the decision of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee which, during its 48th session held in Busan, South Korea, from 19 to 29 July 2026, inscribed ‘The system of 18th- and 19th-century Italian-style community theatres in Central Italy’ on the World Heritage List.
