Rome, 27 July (LaPresse) – The Review Court in Rome has reserved its decision on the appeal lodged by lawyers Pablo De Luca and Riccardo Di Lorenzo, defence counsel for the journalist and former MP Mario Adinolfi, leader of the ‘Popolo per la Famiglia’ movement, who has been under house arrest since early July on charges of fraud and tax evasion. According to information obtained by LaPresse, Adinolfi’s lawyers, in their appeal, have challenged the entire precautionary measure and have requested the revocation of his house arrest.
