No Tav, Bufalini (Telt): ‘The worst attack on construction sites since 2011’

Milan, 27 July (LaPresse) – “This is the worst attack we have suffered at our construction sites since 2011. It has been a very bad day.” So said Maurizio Bufalini, Telt’s general manager, speaking to journalists at the TAV construction site in Chiomonte, in the province of Turin. “It’s not that we’re easily intimidated; unfortunately, we’re used to this sort of thing,” he said at the end of the site inspection, “and we’ll work as quickly as possible to get back on track, with a view to completing the works and bringing the line into service by the end of 2033 as planned.”
