Rome, 28 July (LaPresse) – Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi discussed developments in the Strait of Hormuz during two separate telephone conversations with his counterparts from Oman and Saudi Arabia, according to the IRNA news agency. During the telephone conversations with Badr Albusaidi of Oman and Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, the parties reviewed “the latest bilateral and regional developments”. The foreign ministers then “stressed the need to strengthen cooperation and to press ahead with joint diplomatic efforts to ensure stability in the region and to address the insecurity caused in the Strait of Hormuz by the aggressive actions of the United States”, according to IRNA.
