Milan, 29 July (LaPresse) – Ukrainian drones have struck one of Russia’s largest refineries, Lukoil-Permnaftoorgsintez, in Perm, more than 1,500 kilometres from the Ukrainian border. This was reported by the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU). Lukoil-Permnaftoorgsintez is one of Russia’s largest oil refineries, with a capacity of almost 13 million tonnes per year.
