Delmastro case: request to access chat records returns to the Chamber of Deputies’ Authorisations Committee

Rome, 30 July (LaPresse) – The examination of the request for authorisation to access the chat records between former FdI Undersecretary of Justice Andrea Delmastro Delle Vedove and Mauro Caroccia, scheduled for today in the Chamber of Deputies, has been postponed. Following a letter from Rome’s Public Prosecutor, Francesco Lo Voi, the matter has been referred back to the Chamber of Deputies’ Authorisations Committee, where a meeting of the Bureau is to be convened shortly. This was decided by the conference of group leaders at Montecitorio.
