Personally, I consider the Pontiff’s observation regarding the absolute necessity of setting aside the ‘emergency mindset’ – which is entirely unproductive, as is now beyond doubt – and of committing to strategic government measures to manage the phenomenon to be indisputable, and I fully agree with it. A strategy that is both possible and sustainable.
