Ukraine, Tusk: “No indication that Poland was the target of the missile”

Turin, July 30 (LaPresse) – “There are no reasons to believe that Poland was the intended target of this missile.” Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said this during a press briefing at the site where the missile that violated Polish airspace fell, as reported by the Guardian. Tusk confirmed that initial indications suggest that the missile that crashed was a Russian Kh-101 cruise missile. The Prime Minister also said that the Polish Air Force was ready to shoot it down if it had posed a threat to a populated area and that the United States is interested in taking part in the investigation into the incident.
