Rome, July 31 (LaPresse) – Mario Adinolfi will remain under house arrest following a ruling by the Rome Review Court, which rejected the defense’s request to revoke the precautionary measure and also upheld the prosecution’s case against him. The journalist is under investigation for aggravated and repeated fraud, unauthorized deposit-taking, carrying out financial activities without the required authorization, and failure to file income tax returns. His lawyers, Riccardo Di Lorenzo and Pablo De Luca, have announced that they may appeal the decision before Italy’s Supreme Court of Cassation.
