Milan, 4 Aug. (LaPresse) – Overnight, a number of settlers set fire to several vehicles near a residential building in the area of the villages of Talfit and Jalud, south of Nablus, in the northern West Bank. The settlers also daubed graffiti on the walls reading ‘Revenge’ and ‘Avi, go home’, a reference to the Israeli commander of the Central Command, General Avi Bluth, who had been replaced live on television on Sunday evening by Defence Minister Israel Katz, who then reversed his decision yesterday. No injuries were reported.
