The Russians have even admitted to the crime, showing no remorse and openly boasting about tormenting the population. The man was injured in the explosion.” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote this on X. “Every single day, ordinary people in Kherson face these Russian ‘safaris.’ The world must see all of this. It must see every single piece of evidence that Russia has gone mad and that its soldiers take pleasure in killing and mistreating civilians. Without pressure on Russia, the dismantling of its capacity for aggression, and real security guarantees, it is simply impossible to imagine that the world can coexist with this evil,” he added.
