In an Instagram post, Knox, now 39, maintains that her show “pays tribute to the memory of Meredith Kercher and denounces the violence suffered by her and by me”. The show is titled ‘Cartwheel’, a reference to a story that Knox allegedly did cartwheels at the police station following Kercher’s death. The show opens on Friday evening and will run for 11 consecutive nights as part of the annual festival of stand-up comedy, theatre and musicals in the Scottish capital.
