(LaPresse) – According to the BBC, the counter-terrorism police investigating the murder of Ann Widdecombe have reopened an investigation into an incident that took place at Nigel Farage’s home in south London. The London Counter-Terrorism Police (CTP) have stated that they are investigating an “attempted burglary” at a property as part of the investigation into Widdecombe’s murder, but have not confirmed that the house targeted by the burglars was linked to Farage, nor have they explained why it might be connected to the killing of the former Conservative MP. However, the London CTP has now stated that it has identified a new line of inquiry that had not been “pursued by them at the time”.
