Emma Virginia Menicucci (54.40), Chiara Tarantino (54.66), Alessandra Mao (54.43) and Sofia Morini (55.21) finished in 3:38.70. Ahead of them are Russia in 3:36.61, followed by the Netherlands in 3:36.84.
