Milan, Salvini: ‘It is inappropriate to talk about round-ups in the city’

(LaPresse) – “Talking about round-ups in a city like Milan is out of place.” So said Lega secretary Matteo Salvini on the controversy surrounding the round-ups in Rogoredo called for by the leader of Futuro Nazionale, Roberto Vannacci. “I am convinced that the centre-right will win not because of others’ mistakes, but because we are working on a candidacy, a team and a serious programme based on law and order, CCTV and tasers, without round-ups,” explained the Deputy Prime Minister, who concluded by saying he had not read Futuro Nazionale’s manifesto.
