The alleged perpetrator of the attack is a Russian woman born in 1994 who was arrested and who allegedly acted on the orders of the Ukrainian intelligence services. This was reported by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) directorate for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, according to Tass. “The FSB directorate for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol immediately arrested a Russian citizen suspected of carrying out the attack in which a serviceman from the Russian Defense Ministry was killed. The man sustained fatal injuries as a result of the explosion. It was established that the person arrested, born in 1994, carried out the attack on the orders of the Ukrainian intelligence services,” the intelligence service said in a statement.
