Rome, 13 August (LaPresse) – Valter Lavitola will not be placed under house arrest, as requested by his lawyer, Sergio Cola. The investigating judge in Rome has in fact rejected the application. The public prosecutors at the Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office had previously issued a negative opinion on the request.
