Rome, 19 Aug. (LaPresse) – The Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy has announced that, according to the latest data collected by the Mimit Fuel Price Observatory, as of today – Wednesday 19 August 2026 – the average price of self-service fuel across the national road network is 1.997 euros per litre for petrol and 2.107 euros for diesel. On the motorway network, however, the average self-service price is 2.074 euros for petrol and 2.178 euros for diesel.
