Milan, Aug. 19 (LaPresse) — Iryna Mudra, former deputy head of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s office, has been arrested. RBC-Ukraine reported this, citing MP Oleksiy Honcharenko. “Iryna Mudra has been arrested. She is currently under investigation by Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU),” Honcharenko wrote in a Telegram message. He added that she will spend the night in a detention center. However, sources within law enforcement have denied rumors regarding Mudra’s arrest. So has her attorney, Artem Krykun-Trush, who clarified that NABU investigators served Mudra with a notice of suspicion today but that no arrest was made.
