Rome, 23 Aug. (LaPresse) – Jacques Moretti, the owner of the Constellation bar in Crans-Montana, has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting his wife, Jessica Moretti. This was reported by the Swiss television channels RTS and Léman Bleu. The incident is said to have taken place during the night of 11–12 August at the Morettis’ home in Valais. Jessica Moretti is said to have been admitted to hospital. The Morettis are among those under investigation in connection with the fire at the Constellation on 1 January 2026 in Crans-Montana, which left 41 people dead and 115 injured. The investigation will seek to establish whether the assault is linked to the events at the Constellation.
