This was stated by the Vatican Secretary for International Affairs, Paul Richard Gallagher. Interfax reports this. “We must use all the tools at our disposal to create space for dialogue, listen carefully and support those engaged in humanitarian initiatives. We are also ready to offer our good offices in every possible way, in the hope that the much-desired peace may be achieved as soon as possible. This is my sincere wish for the people of the Russian Federation,” said Gallagher at a press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Moscow.
