Milan, 26 Aug. (LaPresse) – “Mattia Perin’s permanent transfer to Palermo is now official: this brings to a close a significant spell in black and white for a player who has always embodied reliability, professionalism and team spirit.” Juventus announced this on their website, noting that “having joined Juventus in 2018, the goalkeeper, born in 1992, has made a total of 71 appearances for the club and won no fewer than four trophies. Mattia has always defended the Juventus goal with charisma and dedication, proving himself a valuable asset both on and off the pitch. Good luck with this new chapter in your career, Mattia!” To replace Perin, the Bianconeri officially announced yesterday evening the arrival of Kamil Grabara “on loan from Wolfsburg until 30 June 2027”. The goalkeeper, born in Poland in January 1999, came through the youth ranks at Ruch Chorzów. In 2016, he moved to Liverpool, where he played for the youth teams before gaining his first professional experience on loan at Aarhus and Huddersfield. In January 2021, he joined Copenhagen, a highly successful spell during which he won two Danish league titles and one Danish Cup, whilst also making his Champions League debut. In the summer of 2024, he moved to Wolfsburg, where he established himself as first-choice goalkeeper, making 63 appearances in the Bundesliga.
