Milan, 1 Sept. (LaPresse) – The Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni Group, in collaboration with the Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Centre and Intesa Sanpaolo per il Sociale – the Bank’s division dedicated to programmes combating inequality and promoting social inclusion – announces the launch of a new ‘Call for Ideas’ aimed at promoting the development of innovative solutions capable of generating a tangible social impact, for the benefit of communities and local areas. Through this initiative – which forms part of the Group’s broader commitment to supporting the country’s sustainable growth, promoting innovation and fostering the emergence and development of a new generation of Italian entrepreneurship focused on creating social value – Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni is making a total grant of 300,000 euros available, awarding 100,000 euros each to the three best projects selected, to provide concrete support for their implementation. The winning organisations will also gain access to a 12-month development programme, delivered by the Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Centre with the support of Intesa Sanpaolo per il Sociale: the programme includes coaching sessions, dedicated initiatives and events aimed at fostering the development of the proposed solutions and facilitating access to new market and investment opportunities. Start4People is aimed at innovative businesses, start-ups and limited companies established for less than five years that meet the requirements set out in the regulations and are committed to developing innovative solutions, products or services with a high social impact, capable of integrating sustainability, a people-centred approach and the enhancement of relationships with communities and local areas, in one of the following fields: Education; Social and healthcare services; Longevity and wellbeing; Accessible housing, regeneration and the enhancement of local areas; Environmental services and community health.
