(LaPresse) – “Seeing these hybrid attacks across Europe, I think they serve as a wake-up call for those countries that perhaps have not proved themselves to be so strong on this front.” This was stated by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Kaja Kallas, on her arrival at the informal meeting of foreign ministers in Wicklow, Ireland. Regarding the hybrid attacks in Leipzig, Germany, “it is clear that they bear all the hallmarks of state-sponsored terrorism. The question is: what are we going to do about it? We have already summoned the Russian ambassador, as many Member States have done, and we will discuss what else we can do,” added Kallas.
