Turin, 5 Sept. (LaPresse) – George Russell was the fastest on track in the third free practice session of the Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix, currently taking place at Monza. The Mercedes driver clocked a time of 1:22.219, 226 thousandths of a second ahead of Lewis Hamilton’s Ferrari and 350 thousandths ahead of Max Verstappen’s Red Bull. Fourth place went to World Championship leader Kimi Antonelli, with Charles Leclerc’s other Ferrari further down the order. Qualifying is scheduled for 4 pm.
