The Spanish tennis player defeated American Tommy Paul in three sets, in a match lasting two hours and 23 minutes, with a score of 6-4, 6-3, 6-4. In the quarter-finals, Alcaraz will face another American, Ben Shelton, who defeated Greece’s Stefanos Tsitsipas in three sets, 6-2, 6-3, 6-4.
