The Italian school system has demonstrated a resilience and quality that far too many have questioned. The OECD’s analysis suggests that mobile phones are detrimental to learning. Countries that have invested in digital technology are now facing problems with reading comprehension or critical thinking.” “ “For the first time, we have achieved a school drop-out rate of just 7.3 per cent; this is an extraordinary result, not least in combating youth crime.
