Rome, 9 Sep. (LaPresse) – “The CONI prosecutor’s office rejects the request to dismiss Giovanni Malagò’s failure to register as a FIGC member? The only thing I have to do is my duty as president of CONI. I never thought this story could be formalized and I never wanted it to happen.” This was Luciano Buonfiglio, president of CONI, on the sidelines of the press conference presenting ‘Obiettivo tricolore’ in the Senate. “It must be treated carefully and without haste,” he added, “because Italian sport is not a federation; no one here is in a hurry. There is certainly that CONI and its president will try not to make mistakes.”
