Football: FIGC elections – Court of Appeal rejects Miele’s appeal

Turin, 11 Sept. (LaPresse) – The FIGC Federal Court of Appeal, sitting as a full bench, has dismissed the complaint lodged by lawyer Renato Miele against the rejection of the appeal brought before the National Federal Court in relation to the outcome of the General Assembly resolution of 22 June, by which Giovanni Malagò was elected federal president, as well as against all prior, related and consequential acts, including the minutes of the Credentials Committee and the admission of candidates, and, furthermore, against the tacit refusal of the request for access to the documentation relating to Malagò’s candidacy.
