Promote an international conference, reviving the ‘spirit of Helsinki’, to establish new principles for the coordination of international relations and define pathways to security and peace based on cooperation and shared disarmament plans, in accordance with a multipolar approach and a multilateral vision”, the document continues, going on to propose “recognition of the State of Palestine; the termination of the military cooperation agreement with Israel; the promotion of an end to Israel’s ‘privileged partner’ status within the European Union; and the promotion of economic and financial sanctions against all those responsible for the genocide in Gaza and criminal activities in the West Bank”.
