Milan, Sept. 21 (LaPresse) – The value of the IGI (Italian Gas Index) for September 21 stands at 82.52 euros per megawatt-hour, up from 81.24 euros per megawatt-hour on September 20. The index, calculated daily by the Energy Markets Operator – GME, provides a tool for interpreting and assessing the dynamics observed in Italy’s gas markets and is intended as a transparent and replicable reference for operators for hedging operations and/or supply contracts.
