Milan, 21 Sept. (LaPresse) – An oil tanker sailing off the Strait of Hormuz was struck by debris from unidentified projectiles. This was announced by UK Maritime Trade Operations, just a few hours after another oil tanker entering the Strait of Hormuz had been struck by an unknown projectile. The captain of the second vessel reported that the entire crew is safe and that there has been no environmental impact. The oil tanker continued on to its next port of call, UKMTO added, noting that the authorities are investigating the incident.
