Turin, 21 Sept. (LaPresse) – Italy has secured another medal at the Cycling World Championships currently taking place in Montreal, Canada. Nicolas Milesi has won silver in the Under-23 time trial. The Italian cyclist completed the 31.3 km race in 37″33, finishing behind the new world champion, the Dutchman Ryan Gal, who finished seven seconds ahead of him. Completing the podium was the Spaniard Hector Alvarez, who took bronze, eleven seconds behind the winner. The other Italian in the race, Alessandro Cattani, finished well behind the leaders in 21st place.
