Milan, 23 Sept. (LaPresse) – A fatal accident at work occurred shortly before 2.00 pm in Cortenuova, in the province of Bergamo, where a 66-year-old man lost his life after being crushed by a steel beam. According to initial reports, the man was in the car park of MD’s CE.DI. logistics centre on Via Trieste when, for reasons still under investigation, he was struck by a steel beam and crushed between the beam and the railing. In addition to paramedics, the police and ATS technicians were at the scene to carry out the necessary investigations.
