It will be an enriching experience for us all.” So said the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, speaking at the ‘Terra Madre and Salone del Gusto’ ceremony currently taking place at the Teatro Regio in Turin. “I welcome the representatives of the communities, associations and agricultural enterprises who will enrich this perspective on the world. A diverse world which, by addressing humanity’s primary source of energy – food – recognises its responsibility for our shared destiny.”
