This was reported by the all-news channel itself. Overnight, Federal Judge Timothy Kelly had ruled that the administration’s revocation of press passes for journalists from CNN, MSNBC and Politico had taken place without ensuring a “constitutionally adequate due process”. This morning, CNN journalist Betsy Klein was allowed back into the White House; she had previously been denied access despite repeated attempts to enter the complex throughout the morning. A photojournalist had also previously been denied entry. After some members of staff were prevented from entering, CNN, MSNBC and Politico filed an urgent request for a hearing.
