Rome, 25 September (LaPresse) – The Minister for Enterprise and Made in Italy, Senator Adolfo Urso, and the Minister for the Environment and Energy Security, Gilberto Pichetto, have convened a meeting for Thursday 8 October at 4.30 pm with companies operating in the refining sector and in the production of derived goods and products. This was announced by the Mimit in a statement. The meeting, to be held at Palazzo Piacentini, will focus on analysing key issues to assess how national refineries can increase production of key products to mitigate the effects of the current international situation on the country’s supply. In addition to UNEM (Unione Energie per la Mobilità), representatives from Sonatrach, Socar-IP, Iplom, KPI, Alma Petroli, Ludoil/Isab, Eni, Saras and Innovhub have been invited to attend the meeting.
