Electrolux: trade unions call for an eight-hour strike on 5 October and a protest outside the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy

Milan, 28 Sept. (LaPresse) – “In support of the ongoing labour dispute with Electrolux, we are calling for an eight-hour strike, to take place on 5 October. On the same day, 5 October, we are also announcing a picket outside the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy, to coincide with the meeting scheduled for 10.00. We reiterate our demand to safeguard factories, production volumes, jobs and working conditions!” This was stated by the trade unions Fim, Fiom, Uilm and Uglm in a joint statement.
